I am glad you are here and excited to have you onboard for some “self-love and care” Let’s do this @21 day healthify me with Nav” challenge together. The rule is simple enough. Commit to a goal for 21 straight days. After three weeks, the pursuit of that goal should have become a habit. Once you've established that habit, you continue to do it for rest of your life.
In this program I will be your Nutritional and health coach. I will create nutritional goals, physical activity goals and will work on all pieces of the nutritional puzzle as I call it. I envision it to roll out like:
1. February 26th- Introduction call and will create a meal plan to follow with the an daily check in sheet. (One hour link to follow)
2. Regular check ins on group to keep the accountability.
3. Weekly call on week 1/2/3 for follow-ups ( Half hour March 5, 12, 18-link to follow)
4. Anytime in between as you need me 😊
